5005, LLC ("we", "us") operates www.5005.com. We collect information you provide directly when you contact us via the form on this site (name, email, company, message), and standard web-server access logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) retained for operational and security purposes.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiries and to maintain the security and reliability of the site. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g. our email provider, our DDoS / abuse-prevention captcha provider).

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to prevent automated abuse, which sets a session token. Our backend uses standard session cookies where necessary.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions and the associated email correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business records. Access logs are retained for 60 days for security and troubleshooting.
